Conclusion&Suggestions

According to simulation analysis, the temperature distribution of the liquid cooling plate is shown in the table above. After optimizing the diameter of the parallel flow channels inside the liquid cooling plate using scheme 2 parameters, the maximum temperature of the liquid cooling plate decreased by 2 degrees, and the flow resistance slightly decreased. The optimized scheme is more optimal.
