5. Conclusion
Summary of simulation data
Serial Number | Scheme | Describe | On the radiator Surface temperature ℃ | Under the radiator Surface temperature ℃ |
1 | Scheme1 | Spade tooth radiator, without heat pipe | 80.7 | 79.9 |
2 | Scheme2 | Scrap tooth radiator, with 5pcs of heat pipes buried on each upper and lower substrate | 71.3 | 71.1 |
Conclusion&Suggestions
1. Heat dissipation scheme 1 is composed of two shovel tooth heat sinks assembled and combined with 4pcs 9GA0412P3K01 fans. Through simulation analysis, the surface temperature of the heat sink at 80.7 ℃ can meet the requirement of less than 85 ℃, but there is a risk due to the small temperature margin;
2. Heat dissipation scheme 2, based on scheme 1, embeds 5pcs of Φ 8mm heat pipes in the upper and lower substrates of the heat sink. The simulated temperature on the surface of the heat sink drops to 71.3 ℃, with a large margin for temperature rise;
Therefore, it is recommended to use a shovel toothed radiator with buried heat pipes to match 4pcs 9GA0412P3K01 fans for heat dissipation.
