Vansim's copper tube water-cooling plate processing process:

‌ Plate cutting ‌: First, according to the drawings provided by the customer, cut the aluminum alloy or copper plate into the required size and shape ‌.

‌ Copper tube embedding ‌: Process the tube groove on the plate and clean it to prepare for the embedding of the copper tube. Then embed the copper tube into the plate according to the drawing requirements.

‌ Epoxy filling ‌: After the copper tube is embedded, fill it with epoxy resin, and complete the final finished product size processing after the glue dries.

‌ Pressure test ‌: After the processing is completed,100% pressure test is performed to ensure the sealing of the copper tube. Soak the water-cooled plate in water, connect one port of the copper tube through a pressure gauge for inflation test, and confirm that the sealing is good ‌.

‌ Surface treatment ‌: After the pressure test is completed, the water-cooled plate is surface treated to ensure a beautiful and smooth appearance and prevent corrosion and oxidation.
